Amy has a Masters of Elementary Education degree from Xavier University. In addition to teaching, Amy is a professional writer for websites and publications in the education field.
Amy designed The Classical Phonetic Method for Reading to apply the latest research findings to the way our brains learn to read. In an integrated program that explicitly teaches the foundations of phonetical reading, spelling, and morphology, students excel in reading mastery.
Amy is an avid reader and an animal lover. Her students know that they will be exposed to topics engaging them with furry, feathery, or scaly friends from time to time. She lives in Columbus, Ohio.
